I currently head complex, high-urgency, projects in medical device manufacturing. As Senior Manager of NPI & Projects in the medical devices field, I guide cross-functional teams through the launch of precision-machined components, with a focus on technical execution, timeline control, and customer satisfaction. 

In parallel, I am a Senior Advisor at Northstar Leadership & Business Solutions, a firm focused on corporate training, project management/leadership excellence, and career pathing. Through workshops and strategic guidance, I help teams and individuals unlock performance, improve communication, and unlock long-term growth. 

With over 15 years of experience in operations, project management, and team leadership, I bring structure to chaos, build clarity into execution, and mentor engineers into confident project leaders. 

Currently, I head a customer facing PMO in a multinational organization that provides fully automated machines serving Pharmaceutical, Life Science, Ammunition, Food, and Personal Care markets.    

I also serve on the Senior Leadership Team where we work collaboratively to grow the company by turning complex challenges into streamlined business solutions.   

Simultaneously, I am a Senior Advisor at Northstar Leadership & Business Solutions, a firm focused on developing leaders through career pathing, training, workshops, and strategic consulting.
